For a flat fee of €39.99, or €59.99 for married couples and civil partnerships, you can submit your tax return directly to your local tax office. - Pensions as a civil servant (pension income) or from other contractual reasons, for example, sale transactions

- Rental and leasing of rooms, apartments, houses, and other types of real estate, including Airbnb rentals

- Support payments for adult dependents

- Income from forestry and agriculture

- Special payments to members of parliament.

- Year-round limited tax liability

- Year-round residence abroad

- Residences in two countries at the same time

- Cross-border commuters

- Foreign income during stay in Germany only with restrictions (except for interest and dividends, subsequent salary for previous activities abroad, and V + V / L + F from EU / EEA)

- Tax returns involving inheritance or gifts.
